No provider of test preparation materials has ever provided a guarantee of quality for questions included in books. That has changed with TPA Publisher’s “Guaranteed Best Questions” Policy. TPA Publisher is confident in the extensive listing review process to ensure customers get the highest quality resource.

 

So much is online to buy, and if you are a repeat test taker, you know that resources are not always aligned to the real exam. Now, you can buy a book with the peace of mind that you are getting a guaranteed policy attached with your purchase.

Buy any book on any other website, there is no guarantee of the quality of content or questions. Here, at TPA Publishers, we have backed our commitment to good quality questions with the best refund policy possible.

Guaranteed Best (Quality) Questions only refer to alignment to the actual exam content; the content/questions delivered is aligned to the content/questions to that of the real exam. In order to request a refund:

  • The request must include at least 40 questions from another resource that you believe to be better in quality. You must explain why these submitted questions are better than those provided by the book on the TPA website. Note: References to exact questions can be provided as well from the resource. 

​

  • The 40 questions submitted must come from one tangible resource; the book's name, author, ISBN, and date of publications must be included in the refund request. 

​

  • Questions from official test preparation sites cannot be submitted for refund requests.

​

  • Shipping fees are not refunded. Any discounts provided will not be refunded and subtracted from the price paid.  

​

  • We do require documentation that shows you have taken the test and failed after buying a TPA book. ​

​

  • For any medical/healthcare related publication refund request, books with over 500 questions will not be accepted as a tangible resource. 

​

All refund requests will be reviewed carefully and thoroughly, and the review process will take 10-15 days from the date indicated below. Any request denied will include a detailed explanation for the denial, and the buyer will have the right to appeal the decision. Refunds that are granted will take additional 10-15 days to process back to the original payment method; mailed checks will take longer. The final decision of refund will be with the Publication Company and/or TPA Review Team. If granted, the refund comes from the Publication Company of the book, and the refund does not come from the TPA Publisher website. TPA Publisher policy is no refunds after payment. Refund will be in the form of a E-Visa Gift Card or Mailed-Check.

NOTE: Not all products qualify for the Guaranteed Best Questions Policy. The product page will indicate if the product qualifies for Guaranteed Best Questions Policy. Any order over $175 will not be subject to this policy. All requests are reviewed at the end of each quarter (3/31, 6/30, 9/30, 12/30). Payments made via Affirm will NOT be subject to this policy; no refunds granted if Affirm is used. If a refund is granted, we do NOT ask for the books to be returned. TPA reserves the right to can be changed this policy with or without notice. All FINAL decisions are reserved to TPA and/or the Publication Company.

How do I know my request will be reviewed fairly? If you provide evidence as requested, it will be clear if a refund needs to be granted, and the benefit of the review process will be to the buyer. Plus, there is an appeal process.
